The watch shows no signal after loading the card

1. Check if the cell phone card is 4G or compatible with 4G network data traffic and caller alert function. 2.

2. Please make sure the phone is turned off before loading the card, please make sure to follow the procedure of loading the card first and then turn on the phone. 3.

Check whether the watch shows the card is read, if it doesn't show the card is read, you can turn off the phone and reload the card and turn on the phone again, if it is normal, you can check whether the phone card charge and traffic and related settings are normal. If all the above operations are not feasible, you need to consult customer service to send it back for testing.

When saving a number on the app, it prompts that the device is not connected to the internet

1. Check whether the watch is loaded with card, whether there is card reading and signaling, whether the watch is turned on, whether there are call and traffic signs.

2. Exit and re-enter or reboot, turn off the watch and reload the card and turn on the watch again.

Mixed echoes or harshness in calls

1. The watch should not be too close to the cell phone when talking to the cell phone, otherwise it will be interfered by the cell phone signal and produce murmurs and ear-splitting sounds.

App location has not been updated

1. Please bring the watch to an open place and click the App map refresh button to turn on real-time positioning.

2. The watch is in power saving mode after hibernation and will not upload data again, you can refresh the positioning in App and shake the watch to wake up the watch.

Inaccurate positioning of the watch

1. Check whether the watch is successfully connected to the Internet.

2. It is normal that there are positioning errors in LBS positioning. 3.

3. The factory default sleep mode does not update the positioning information in time.

Watch does not charge properly

1. The watch adopts magnetic or micro standard USB charging cable, please pay attention to the magnetic or micro plug for foreign objects.

2. Whether the USB charging cable is damaged.

3. If the power is less than 1%, charging can not display the charging icon immediately, need to continue charging for 1 hour to display normally.

4. Whether the power adapter or computer USB port is normal.

5. Press the reset button of the watch to reset and restart the watch.

The watch was used for a very short period of time

1. The watch battery is not fully charged.

2. Poor network signal.

3. Long time talking or playing.
